Throughout these immersions, hiking is combined with moments of contemplation, observation of the natural world, meditation, conscious breathing, and, depending on the experience, sound immersion.

Nature — and the mountains in particular — have profoundly transformed the way I experience and inhabit the world.

Their infinite richness, the subtle balance between species, and their silent intelligence are for me an endless source of wonder, inspiration, and learning.

Over time, the mountains have become true allies: they ground me, nourish me, and invite me to contemplate both the outer world and my inner landscape.

Today, I wish to share this approach and accompany you along the trails, towards a summit... within yourself.
