Sound Healing

Do you feel the need to slow down, take some time for yourself, or simply pause amidst the pace of everyday life?

Sound therapy offers a space for calm and renewal, where sounds and vibrations invite the body and mind to release tension, quiet the mental chatter, and return to a state of presence.

Each session is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, listen to what is happening within, and rediscover a sense of balance and inner peace.

This session may be right for you if:

• you feel the need to slow down and take a breath;
• your mind is constantly active and you find it difficult to switch off;
• you are going through a period of change, questioning, or overwhelm;
• you wish to give yourself genuine time and attention;
• you are seeking a space for calm, presence, and renewal;
• you are simply curious to discover a different approach to well-being.

A Practice of Harmonisation

Sound therapy uses sounds and vibrations to support a return to balance within the body, heart, and mind.

As our bodies are composed largely of water, they naturally resonate with the frequencies emitted by the instruments.

The effects may include:

• calming the mind and relieving stress;
• deep relaxation and meditative states;
• releasing physical or emotional tension;
• harmonising the body's energy system;
• supporting the body's natural self-healing processes.

How Does a Session Unfold?

  1. A moment of conversation to welcome your current state and intentions.

  2. You are invited to settle comfortably, fully clothed, lying on a mat.

  3. A sound journey unfolds through singing bowls, gong, drum, chimes, and other instruments.

  4. A final period of integration and sharing concludes the session.

An Experience of Reconnection

Receiving a sound treatment is an opportunity to return to yourself. A space where the mind quiets, the breath deepens, and the body relaxes.

It is an invitation to feel rather than think, to listen rather than understand.

The sounds become messengers, gently guiding us back to our original vibration: that of balance.

My Approach

My practice is integrative, combining sound therapy with other sensory experiences such as gentle touch, conscious breathing, guided meditations, and essential oils.

Nature is a profound source of inspiration for me. The wind, water, birdsong, and silence all naturally bring us back to the present moment.

This is why I sometimes bring the practice outdoors, into the heart of the elements.

During hikes or mindful walks, sound therapy blends with the vibrations of the mountains, creating an experience of unity where body, nature, and sound become one.

What You May Experience

Every sound journey is unique. Some people experience a gentle heaviness or a deep sense of grounding. Others enter a floating state, somewhere between wakefulness and sleep. Sensations such as tingling, shivers, or waves of warmth may arise. Sometimes an emotion surfaces, or a memory is released.

All of this is welcome: the body speaks, and the sound accompanies. If a sound feels uncomfortable, it may simply reveal a sensitive area, a temporary imbalance, or a resistance to letting go.

The invitation is to welcome whatever arises, without judgment and without forcing anything.

Do you feel called to slow down and take a moment for yourself?

I welcome you in La Tour-de-Trême for individual sound therapy sessions and collective sound baths, in a setting dedicated to calm, renewal, and reconnection.

If you have any questions or would like to book a session, I would be delighted to hear from you.

Sound therapy is a complementary approach and in no way replaces medical supervision, diagnosis, or treatment prescribed by a healthcare professional.
